Head Chef – Swansea 4 day working week!

We’re looking for a Head Chef to join our Turtle Bay Family in Swansea.

Our Head Chefs are exceptional coaches and leaders, central to our kitchen teams. They bring the magic to our restaurants, ensuring everything is in place to deliver fiery jerk flavours and create Caribbean Good Times!

As a Head Chef, you’ll lead development and training, maximize sales and kitchen performance, and uphold high standards while working with fantastic teams to bring the Caribbean experience to our guests!
