Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Head Chef for Ember Inns in Sutton Coldfield. You will lead the kitchen, inspire your team and ensure every dish meets the highest standards while driving guest satisfaction and sales.

You will manage ordering, stock and menu execution, ensuring Health & Safety compliance and a thriving, guest-focused kitchen environment within a local community pub.

• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As Head Chef at the Queslett you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more
