Head Chef - Stirling - £42,000 to £44,000 per annum

We’re looking for a talented Head Chef who has experience leading a team and thrives in a fast-paced to join our esteemed client in the stunning location of Stirling. Sound like you? Keep reading.

About you

You’re an experienced chef with a passion for quality, creativity, and leadership. You’ve managed busy kitchens, led successful teams, and consistently delivered high standards. You’re commercially aware, understand cost control, and know how to get the best out of your suppliers. What you’ll be doing in this role

• Lead day-to-day kitchen operations across restaurant, functions, and food outlets
• Create and maintain a high-quality, seasonal, and creative menu
• Work closely with the General Manager and Heads of Departments to ensure excellent guest experience
• Train and develop your kitchen team, fostering a motivated and high-performing environment
• Ensure the kitchen consistently meets food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure top-quality produce and service
• Oversee stock control, portion management, and food cost targets
