Inspire Catering (part of CH&CO Group) is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen with passion and professionalism. You will create excellent food experiences, manage a busy team, and drive standards across service. This full-time role offers training, development, and opportunities to progress within the Group.

The position requires previous Head Chef experience, a strong focus on quality, teamwork, and budget management, and a safety-first mindset to maintain high hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent is required.
• Experience in a similar Head Chef role is preferred.
• Demonstrates exceptional timekeeping and reliability.

Job description

We're currently recruiting an ambitious Head Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for Inspire on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Please note: This role is contracted to 42.6 weeks per year

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers

• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
