Elle R Leisure is seeking a Head Chef for Longridge House, a premier venue with 21 bedrooms, two cottages, event spaces, two bars and a restaurant in the Preston area. You will lead the kitchen across restaurant, weddings and private events, ensuring exceptional food quality and high standards.

The role demands strong leadership, hands‑on management, and robust budgeting and supplier negotiation experience to deliver a premium dining and hospitality experience.

The Role

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team at Longridge House, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of all food services. You will oversee all aspects of kitchen management, ensuring consistently exceptional food across the restaurant, weddings, and events.
