What you’ll be doing…

As a Head Chef you will be proactively managing and supporting a catering team as well as creating a platform for financial growth through cost control and culinary excellence.

• Lead, motivate, and manage a culinary team within a CPU environment
• Oversee large-scale food preparation and ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency
• Ensure excellent communication within the team and across departments
• Work closely with the Development Chef to execute and evolve menu standards
• Manage kitchen operations including ordering, stock rotation, and traceability
• Maintain control of labour and food costs within budget
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety, COSHH, H&S, Environmental Regulations, and all legal responsibilities
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation across all areas of the CPU
• Monitor and record daily HACCP processes and ensure full due diligence

Working Pattern: Sunday-Thursday / 6.30am-3.00pm / 40 hours per week
