Your Role

• Leading and inspiring your kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality.
• Ensuring adherence to specifications and preparing every YO! dish to perfection.
• Creating a positive and energetic atmosphere that prioritizes happy teams and happy guests.
• Driving profitability through effective food cost management.
• Mastering all sections of the kitchen, from cutting fish to rolling sushi.
• Running high-energy shifts and ensuring outstanding experiences for both guests and team members.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with contracted hours of 45 per week. You will enjoy fantastic working hours that allow for a great work-life balance.
