About The Role
As Head Chef at Woodthorpe Lodge, you will inspire the kitchen team to deliver the best quality cuisine for our residents. You will prioritize nutrition and hygiene, manage health and safety, budgets, and orders, and ensure the smooth running of the kitchen. You will understand the importance of meeting our residents' nutritional and health needs and share our ethos of creating an ambient dining experience at every mealtime. This contributes to making Woodthorpe Lodge a great place to live for our residents, with the Head Chef being a vital part of our team.
