Job summary

The Inn Collection Group is hiring a Head Chef for The Amble Inn, a pub with rooms on the Northumberland coast. You will lead the kitchen, craft menus with creativity, and drive culinary excellence across the team.

You’ll oversee daily operations, maintain quality and presentation, and manage supplier relationships to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team at a high-volume pub/hotel.
• Passion for culinary excellence and menu development.
• Strong leadership under pressure with budgeting awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes consistent with brand standards.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, orders, and supplier relationships.
• Manage food, wastage, and wage budgets to meet financial targets.
• Inspire and develop the team to maintain standards and service.
