Located in the thriving creative district and film studio hub of St John's, our newest restaurant features a gorgeous open kitchen overlooking a sleek, minimalist, Kiwi batch-inspired 170-cover restaurant with retractable floor-to-ceiling windows, terrace, 360-degree bar, and coffee roastery.

As a Caravan Head Chef, your responsibilities include:

• Serving our ‘well-travelled’ food inspired by the founders’ native New Zealand and their global travels
• Supporting the restaurant team with our ‘Caravan of Love’ customer experience
• Working with the General Manager to nurture and develop your team, leading from the front during every service
• Being open to learning to develop your knowledge and skills, taking ownership of your role and kitchen
• Experience with systems like Fourth, FnB, and Harri is preferred, but training can be provided if needed
