Agincare is seeking a Head Chef for a care home setting in the UK. The role involves preparing nutritious meals, planning menus, and creating enjoyable dining experiences, with a focus on dietary needs and high hygiene standards.

Part-time 24 hours per week, mainly 9am–3pm, with flexibility. Competitive hourly rate and benefits including pension and training opportunities.

Competenze

• Experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a care home setting.
• Knowledge of IDDSI or complex dietary needs is desirable.
• Experience as a head chef is desirable.
• Right to work in the UK (minimum 12 months).

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK
• Experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a care home setting
• Experience as a head chef is desirable
• Knowledge of IDDSI or complex dietary needs (desirable)
• This position is working 24 hours per week, to include alternate weekends
• The main shift pattern will be 9am to 3pm, however flexibility is desirable for this role
