Qualifications

• Existing Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Sous Chef looking to step into a Head Chef role.
• Experience managing KPIs, labor, stock, and food safety.
• Proven success in training and recruiting kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes to specifications and maintain a clean kitchen.
• Ensure all prep and par are completed each shift.

Qualifications and Experience

• Likely an existing Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Sous Chef seeking a step into a Head Chef role
• Experience with fresh ingredients and strong kitchen skills (food prep, cleaning, knife skills, hygiene)
• Work ethic focused on leadership, standards, and team performance
• Experience managing KPIs, labor, stock, and food safety
• Ability to report on metrics like GPs, labor, and food prep
• Proven success in training and recruiting kitchen staff
