Cairn Group is seeking a Head of Department for The Gantry London, Curio Collection by Hilton. This pivotal role sits in the Kitchen department and will lead a team to deliver memorable guest experiences at The Gantry London in Stratford, East London.

You will drive service standards, support staff development, and shape a culture where teams can perform, grow and succeed, all within Cairn Group’s People First ethos.
