Cleanse Juice Bar & Kitchen is seeking a talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen and help grow our concept in London. We specialize in nutritious, plant-inspired dishes and cold-pressed juices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver an inspiring, health-focused menu (meals, juices, snacks, brunches).
• Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team.
• Ensure consistent quality, taste, and speed of service.
• Oversee food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP compliance).
• Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
• Contribute to recipe development and seasonal menu updates.

About You

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous-Chef, ideally in a health-focused, vegetarian/vegan, or wellness-oriented kitchen.
• Creative flair and passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative team player with a hands-on approach.
• Knowledge of specific diets (gluten-free, vegan, raw food) is a plus.
