Mint People is seeking a talented Head Chef to lead a busy, prestigious property. You will steer a 14-chef brigade across multiple outlets, overseeing two banqueting suites and a 140-cover restaurant, with support for a 100-cover sports bar.

Drive menu development while maintaining exceptional standards and consistency. The successful candidate will bring strong banqueting experience, leadership prowess, and a passion for creating standout menus in a dynamic environment.

We’re looking for a talented Head Chef to take the reins at a busy and prestigious property. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious chef to lead a large brigade and make their mark.

The Role:

Lead a team of 14 chefs across multiple outlets

Oversee 2x banqueting suites (up to 800 covers)

Manage an à la carte restaurant (140 covers)

Support the sports bar (100 covers)

Drive menu development and maintain high standards across all areas
