Position: Head Chef
Location: Lewes, East Sussex

Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a well–established care group and their beautiful 49–bedroom care home in Lewes. Specialising in dementia care, the home provides a full range of nursing services, including palliative care, respite breaks, and long–term support.

• Full–time permanent position (40 hours per week, no late evenings)
• Leading the kitchen team in preparing fresh, seasonal meals using local produce
• Supporting up to 49 residents at full capacity

• Leading by example and inspiring excellence within the kitchen
• Alternate weekends are required
