As Head Chef, you will be at the forefront of our kitchen operations, shaping the culinary direction of the establishment. Your role involves leading the kitchen team, maintaining high standards of food quality, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring operational efficiency.

- Lead the team through positive and constructive methods.

- Provide accurate labour forecasts to ensure targets are met.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Ensure the Prep Team & Goods Receiver follow management instructions.
- Order precisely to ensure full menu availability and minimal wastage.
- Conduct accurate daily due diligence.
- Look after staff wellbeing and work towards high staff retention.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high food standards.
- Pioneer a positive work environment and foster teamwork.
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a busy kitchen environment.
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for quality and creativity.
- Leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Complete understanding of EBITDA & GP.
- Understanding PnLs to make positive cuts, increasing overall profit.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Experience organizing and leading a large kitchen team.
