Job summary

Greene King’s Chef & Brewer pubs are seeking a Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen, driving standards and delivering great pub meals. You’ll optimize team performance, develop menus, and ensure consistency across every service.

You’ll mentor and support staff, maintain rigorous hygiene, and foster a culture of teamwork in a welcoming environment, with opportunities to progress within our well-known brands.
