Platinum Recruitment are partnering with a stunning townhouse hotel in Orkney to recruit an accomplished Head Chef to lead the kitchen team. This role offers a competitive salary and a profit-share scheme, with accommodation available and additional staff benefits.

You will manage all kitchen operations, drive culinary excellence, and build a dynamic team in a unique harbour-side setting.
