Platinum Recruitment are working in partnership with a stunning townhouse hotel on Orkney and we have a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Head Chef to lead their team and drive kitchen standards.

You will be responsible for all aspects of running the kitchen, with a salary around £48,000 plus live-in, annual bonus and a profit‑share style scheme, plus restaurant discounts, free hotel nights, training and uniform care.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef or senior kitchen leader
• Ability to lead, train and motivate a kitchen team
• Strong organisation and cost-control skills
