Job summary

Greene King Pub & Carvery is seeking a Head Chef to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly during busy service and to bring out the best in the team. You will drive high standards in food preparation, presentation and service, while supporting and developing team members to perform at their best.

You will lead the kitchen, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and work under pressure to consistently deliver top-quality dishes in a lively pub environment.
