MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC is seeking a Head Chef at the Swan to lead a kitchen that prides itself on high standards and great guest experiences. You will inspire your team, manage all aspects of the kitchen, and uphold brand standards while driving sales and customer satisfaction.

As Head Chef at the Swan you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You'll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you'll keep our guests coming back for more Join us at Vintage Inns, a charming collection of rural pubs.
