Job summary

Aramark UK is recruiting a Head Chef for Palace Barracks, Holywood. The role is a permanent, full-time position at 40 hours per week, with a 0730–1600 shift and a pay rate of £15.00 per hour (£31,303.80 per annum). You will lead a small kitchen team, manage stock, and develop innovative menus within budgets.

Applicants must have UK residency for 3 years, right to work in the UK, and be able to pass DBS checks. Benefits include discounted meals, parking, and employee perks.

Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Head Chef to join our team working in Palace Barracks, Holywood.

Location: Palace Barracks, Holywood, BT18 9RA
Pay rate: £15.00 per hour (£31,303.80 per annum)
Contract type: Permanent, full-time position, 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (some weekends)
Shift times: 0730 to 1600

You will be responsible for the kitchen operation, cost efficiency, and production of innovative quality food/menus in line with agreed budgets to improve sales.

To be eligible for this role, due to the sector requirements: you must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years and have legal right to work in the UK and be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
