Job summary

Oakland Care in Harpenden is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen and dining service across the home, crafting menus and ensuring every meal is a masterpiece.

The role requires exceptional leadership, excellent communication, and experience in recruiting, inducting and developing a team, with a focus on Health, Safety, Food Hygiene and COSHH compliance.

Head Chef

We are looking for an exceptional Head Chef to elevate our residents' dining experience at our beautiful home in Harpenden! You’ll lead a talented kitchen, craft exquisite menus, and ensure every meal is a masterpiece! If you have outstanding leadership skills and a passion for quality service, we want YOU!

Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay: £46,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Shift: Days (5 days over 7)
