Job summary

Oakland Care invites a Head Chef to lead the kitchen and dining at Harpenden Springs. You will craft menus, supervise the team and ensure the dining experience meets high standards for residents.

You will procure ingredients, deliver exceptional service, adhere to health and safety regulations, and recruit, induct and develop your kitchen staff to maintain a cohesive and compassionate dining team. This permanent role offers 40 hours weekly and a £46,000 annual salary.

Qualifications

• Impeccable leadership and communication skills.
• Intermediate food hygiene certificate.
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets and experience as Head Chef.
• Experience recruiting, inducting and training your own team.
