The Plough Inn Eynsford, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen focused on high standards and exceptional guest experiences. You will inspire your team, develop menus and ensure operations run smoothly.

As Head Chef at the Plough Inn Eynsford you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more.
