Due to an internal promotion & transfer, we are looking for a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and uphold the legendary standards that have made Sale e Pepe a favourite for over 50 years.

The Role:

As Head Chef, you will oversee all aspects of the kitchen operation, ensuring that every dish reflects the rich heritage and high standards of Sale e Pepe. With the history of Sale e Pepe this is a chance to create, innovate, and lead within an true London institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the kitchen team, ensuring consistency, excellence, and attention to detail in every dish.
• Maintain the classic Italian flavours that define Sale e Pepe while incorporating new and exciting ideas for the next chapter.
• Oversee menu development, working closely with senior leadership to create dishes that reflect our heritage and future vision.
• Manage kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and adherence to all health & safety standards.
• Train, mentor, and develop the next generation of chefs, fostering a culture of excellence and passion.
• Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
