Job summary

Metropolitan Pub Company is seeking a Head Chef to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly during busy services and to lead and support the team to consistently deliver dishes of the highest standard.

You will oversee a busy kitchen across our pubs, maintain rigorous hygiene, manage pressure during service, and drive consistency and quality across menus, with opportunities for career development within a renowned hospitality group.

• Skill and willingness to take on and adapt to challenges whilst working in a busy kitchen.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
