Job summary

The Kings Head in Gloucestershire is seeking an experienced Head Chef or Kitchen Team Leader to own the kitchen and drive a high-quality, consistent menu. You will lead and develop your team, manage stock and food preparation, and work with the General Manager to deliver a superb guest experience.

As Head Chef, you'll take ownership of the kitchen and play a huge part in making The Kings Head a place people want to come back to. You'll:

• Lead, motivate and develop your kitchen team
• Take ownership of food quality, consistency and presentation
• Keep the kitchen running smoothly through busy services
• Manage food preparation, stock and ordering
• Work closely with the General Manager to deliver a great guest experience

We're open to hearing from experienced Kitchen Team Leaders who are ready to step up into their first Head Chef role, as well as established Sous Chefs and Head Chefs. You might already be leading a kitchen and looking for the opportunity to take full ownership, or you could be ready to move from Team Leader into a bigger challenge.
