We're working with an established independent hospitality business in the Farnborough area who are looking for a talented and motivated chef to take ownership of their busy daytime kitchen.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef who feels ready to make the move into a Head Chef role, lead their own team and build on a fresh, seasonal food offering - while moving away from the late-night finishes traditionally associated with senior kitchen positions.
You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, providing hands-on leadership and ensuring consistently high standards across a fresh-food, daytime operation.
You’ll be joining an established business with plenty already in place, but they're looking for someone who can bring confidence, organisation and leadership to the kitchen and increasingly make the role their own.

£35,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
This is a predominantly daytime position with no traditional late-night finishes, offering an attractive alternative to the usual hours associated with senior restaurant roles.
The position operates across a five-day working week and regular weekend working will be required. Some flexibility around working patterns may be available once established in the role.
