Job Title: Head Chef at Pho Exeter

We are seeking a Head Chef to join our busy Pho restaurant in Exeter.

Our kitchen boasts a talented team of chefs who work diligently and excel in their roles. It is essential to find a Head Chef who is supportive, friendly, and hands-on, always ready to assist across different kitchen sections.

Salary offer of up to £43,200, including earnings received through tronc.

Additionally, a bonus reward of up to £6,000!

What Pho is looking for

• Passionate, hands-on chefs eager to cook vibrant and flavorful dishes
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Head Chef
• Experience managing a team of chefs, including wok chefs, line chefs, and sous chefs
• Strong knowledge of food safety and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Experience managing stock and par levels through mindful ordering
• Proficiency with systems such as Acquire for stock management
