We’re on the hunt for an experienced Head Chef to lead our Bristol kitchen!

About the Role

As the Head Chef, you’ll be at the helm of our fast-paced kitchen, ensuring every dish meets our high standards of quality and creativity. You’ll take a hands-on approach, leading by example and setting the tone for excellence in the kitchen. Your organisational skills, ability to multitask, and knack for inspiring teamwork will be key in delivering an unforgettable dining experience.

Your Responsibilities:

- Oversee the seasoning, portioning, and presentation of each dish, ensuring every plate is perfect.

- Foster a strong team dynamic, working closely with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

- Communicate effectively, leading with confidence while also being a supportive team player.

- Apply your deep knowledge of modern food preparation techniques and food safety standards.

- Commit to delivering exceptional service, ensuring that every guest leaves delighted.
