Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking an inspiring Head Chef for the Crow & Gate within the Vintage Inns collection. You will lead a kitchen team, set high standards for every dish, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining exceptional kitchen operations.

This role is ideal for someone ready to take their first Head Chef appointment and grow with a trusted pub group. You will be responsible for training and motivating staff, managing food ordering, stock control and ensuring health and

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy pub or restaurant environment.
• Ability to plan menus and manage stock
• Strong knowledge of health & hygiene regulations
