Salary: £45,000 to £48,000 per annum plus bonus scheme and tips

Caer Rhun Hall is looking to recruit a talented and experienced hands-on Head Chef to take the reins of our kitchen and to join the senior management team.
With over 30 stylish bedrooms, stunning bar and lounge areas, restaurant and extensive conference and banqueting areas, we have established ourselves as one of the leading boutique hotels in North Wales. We are now looking to enhance the offering with an additional Brasserie dining room, lounge areas, and a private dining room.
We are looking to recruit a Head Chef to lead the development of our food offering using fresh and seasonal produce to deliver fantastic food that will exceed our guests’ expectations.
The ideal person is a passionate, hardworking individual who thrives under pressure and challenges and must have a hotel kitchen background. You will ensure the brigade delivers the very best in both service and product and that the menus remain local and seasonal. This role allows full control of the kitchen, so you must demonstrate a financial understanding for control, costing, and pricing.

You will have strong people and operational management skills and have experience in the industry at Head Chef or Sous level. Food safety, hygiene, and systems must be at the highest level of control. Available to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as per hotel requirements.
