What’s the Role?

As Head Chef at Six by Nico Edinburgh, you will be the heartbeat of our kitchen, overseeing the creation and execution of bold, innovative menus that change every six weeks. This is your chance to lead a high-energy brigade in a fast-paced, creative, high-performance environment.

You’ll be hands-on, inspiring your team through action. You’ll balance artistry with organisation, energy with excellence, and leadership with love for what you do.

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous ready to step up
