We are seeking a talented and passionate Head Chef to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
2. Identifying opportunities to improve our food service.
3. Creating a positive kitchen environment where your team feels welcomed and supported.
4. Delivering our tasty food concepts to our customers.
5. Representing Compass Group UK & I and maintaining a positive brand image.
6. Ordering food, managing stock control, and controlling food waste.
7. Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards.
8. Managing budgets and successfully meeting financial targets.
9. Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations.
