Job summary

Pub & Dining is seeking a Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen and deliver high-quality dishes across our pubs and inns. You’ll inspire, train, and manage a team to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining impeccable hygiene standards and customer focus.

You’ll drive menu development, oversee kitchen operations, and ensure consistent delivery of outstanding meals across service, while upholding brand standards and safety regulations.
