Job summary

Avon Search is representing an experienced Head Chef to manage the catering operation within a 65-bedroom care home in Bromley. You will deliver fresh, nutritious and delicious home-cooked meals while enjoying a 3-on, 3-off shift pattern and no evening work.

Lead and develop the kitchen team, create varied menus to meet residents' dietary needs, and maintain high standards of hygiene. The role includes stock control, ordering and building strong relationships with residents and the wider care

Qualifications

• Experienced Head Chef or Kitchen Manager.
• Ability to deliver fresh, nutritious home-cooked meals.
• Experience in care home catering is a plus.
