This outstanding gastro pub is seeking an experienced Head Chef to oversee its operations. You will be creating European / Mediterranean cuisine to a Bib Gourmand standard, using only fresh, seasonal produce.
As Head Chef, your responsibilities will include planning and designing seasonal menus, visiting suppliers to source ingredients, training and developing the kitchen team, reviewing performance, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and handling administrative tasks.
The position offers a competitive salary package of over £70,000 per year for the right candidate.
Ideal candidates will have experience working in establishments awarded 2 AA Rosettes or higher.
