Job description

Cardiff Education Catering operates a service to circa 120 Secondary, Primary, and Special schools in Cardiff through 500 staff producing around 4 million meals per annum, providing breakfast, lunch, and therapeutic diets for pupils, vending services, and occasion catering for business meetings.

The Cook in Charge will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business and service activities. The role requires flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the service.

Additional information

This post is part-time, working 25 hours per week for 39 weeks per year. The salary shown is based on a 37-hour week, 52 weeks per year, and will be pro-rata’d accordingly.
