Job summary

Active Care Group in Birmingham is seeking a Head Chef to lead its Hunters Moor service. You will manage the neuro rehabilitation kitchen, plan menus with clinical colleagues, and uphold safety and infection control standards. The role involves budget, stock, rotas and team development to support high-quality patient meals.

You will report to clinical leadership with a focus on delivering excellent nutrition and care within a complex care setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Head Chef or similar role.
