Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a part-time chef for Hunters Moor in Birmingham. You will prepare nutritious meals, design menus, and ensure strict food safety standards while managing stock and guiding junior staff.

Ideal candidates hold Level 3 Cookery and Level 2 Hygiene, with previous chef leadership experience and a passion for high-quality meals in a care setting.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Cookery qualification or equivalent.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Previous Chef experience and ability to lead a team.
• Knowledge of dietary and allergen requirements.
