Greene King’s ventures arm Venture Hotels is seeking a Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen, inspire the team and deliver high standards in every dish.

You’ll take the reins in the kitchen, train and develop staff, ensure hygiene and safety, and communicate clearly to meet service goals. We offer a competitive salary and a range of benefits.
