Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service following Lowe's policies and programs.
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying and loading merchandise.
• Operate cash register and process transactions per guidelines.
• Respond to customer questions and guide them through store areas.
• Support associates through coaching, training and feedback.
• Ensure store security practices and detect shoplifting indicators.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned areas.
