Job summary

Miller & Carter Cardiff Bay is seeking a Head Bartender to bring experience and passion to lead a team whose drinks keep guests coming back for more. You will ensure the bar is stocked, support your General Manager in ordering stock, and train your team to uphold the highest standards.

Job description

As Head Bartender atMiller & Carter - Cardiff Bay, you will bring your experience and passion to lead a team whose drinks keep our guests coming back for more. You will ensure the bar is stocked up, supporting your General Manager in ordering stock. Through your example and training, you will maintain the highest standards and lead your bar team to success.
