20 Stories in Manchester invites a Head Bartender to lead the bar with warmth, charm and hospitality, crafting cocktails and wine recommendations for guests.

You will mentor junior staff, support training, and uphold our high standards while delivering outstanding guest experiences in a dynamic, city-centre setting with spectacular views.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Head Bartender to join our vibrant team at 20 Stories! In this guest-facing role, you'll be the friendly face behind the bar, delighting guests with your warmth, charm, and genuine hospitality. Building rapport and fostering relationships will be at the heart of what you do, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued. With your knowledge of classic cocktails and wines, you'll craft delicious drinks and provide recommendations, enhancing the overall guest experience. As a Head Bartender, you will support the training and mentorship or more junior team members, sharing your skills and knowledge where possible.
