Head Bartender

Tatar Bunar is a new Ukrainian-Mediterranean restaurant in the heart of Shoreditch, combining soulful food, warm hospitality, and beautifully curated design. We’re now looking for a passionate and experienced Head Bartender to lead our bar team and help shape the guest experience from the glass up.

What You’ll Do:

1. Lead the bar team during service and ensure smooth, efficient operations.
2. Prepare and serve signature cocktails, classic drinks, wines, and coffee to the highest standard.
3. Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager and Chef to develop our beverage offering.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar at all times.
5. Manage stock levels, orders, and deliveries.
6. Train and support junior bar staff.
7. Create a warm, welcoming bar experience for every guest.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a senior bar position (Head or Supervisor level).
2. Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverage pairings.
3. Leadership skills and confidence running a bar solo or during busy shifts.
4. A proactive attitude, great energy, and eye for detail.
5. Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
6. Right to work in the UK.

Schedule: Monday-Saturday
Salary: £15 hourly
