Pre-opening Head Bartender job opportunity for a Rooftop restaurant and bar at art'otel London Hoxton

We are recruiting a passionate and driven Head Bartender to join the opening team of one of Hoxton's most anticipated culinary destinations in 2025.

Located on the 25th floor of art'otel London Hoxton, this chef-led rooftop restaurant features a 70-cover dining space and a 110-cover cocktail bar with breathtaking 360° views of London's skyline.

The menu celebrates vibrant Southern French and Mediterranean cuisine — sunshine food for the soul.

As our Head Bartender, you will receive:

• Salary: £14.04 per hour plus TRONC, up to £16.50/hour (rate inclusive of TRONC)
