Radisson Blu Hotel, London Leicester Square in London is recruiting for a Head Bartender to lead the bar team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, oversee opening and closing procedures, and maintain the highest standards of hospitality.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails, and specialty drinks, with a focus on engaging guests, understanding their preferences, and ensuring smooth service in a busy environment.

Qualifications

We are currently recruiting for an engaging and outgoing Head Bartender to join our Truly Talented team.

As a Head Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests as well as overseeing the smooth operational running of the bar. You will be preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, opening and closing the bar and creating classic and innovative drinks exceeding guest needs and expectations every time.

Your role

The ideal person for this role will be a true epicurean – a food and drink enthusiast, who maintains a solid and up-to-date understanding of the restaurant and bar scene.

You will be expected to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar.

Have in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails and speciality drinks and take pride in learning our food menu as well. And enjoy engaging with guests, getting to know our regulars and learning to anticipate their needs.

You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop.
