Job summary

The Ivy Collection in Glasgow is seeking a Head Bartender to lead and inspire the bar team, craft exquisite cocktails, and maintain the high standards our guests expect.

You will train bartenders and barbacks, oversee service reliability, and contribute to a warm, vibrant guest experience across the venue.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar bartending role.
• Confident in preparing cocktails and spirits to high standards.
• Ability to train junior bar staff and oversee bar operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bar team to deliver outstanding cocktails and service.
• Ensure training and development of bartenders and barbacks.
• Maintain cleanliness, stock control, and cash handling.
